The technical floor · optional, or alongside the Foundation

The GEO Technical
Readiness Sprint.

Crawler access, schema, entity hygiene, and measurement setup — 90 days to make you reachable by AI and eligible to be named. Buy it alone if being found is all you need right now.

Why this matters now

Found, not chosen — and why that's still the floor.

You can have the best position in the category and still be invisible if AI literally can't fetch your pages. The floor is being reachable: crawlable, well-described, consistently identified.

The Sprint clears that floor — it makes you eligible to be named. It does not, on its own, make you the recommendation; that's what positioning and execution do.

Run it alongside the Foundation, or standalone as “found, not chosen” if the floor is your only gap.

What's included

What the Sprint clears.

Four workstreams over 90 days, with the measurement wired up so you can watch the floor lift.

◧
Crawler access
Every AI crawler can fetch every page — WAF, robots, and 403s to unverified bots fixed.
◧
Schema & structure
Organization, Person, Service, and FAQ schema, and page structure AI can parse cleanly.
◧
Entity hygiene
One consistent identity across your site, directories, and knowledge-graph signals.
◧
Measurement setup
Six-surface tracking and first-party GA4/GSC ground truth, wired up and baselined.

How an engagement runs

90 days, monthly.

$2,500 per month for three months ($7,500 fixed for the Sprint). A monthly presentation of what moved on the floor — access gained, schema deployed, entity conflicts resolved, and the six-surface read.

Optional before the Foundation; you don't, however, run monthly GEO on a broken floor — so it's effectively a prerequisite for execution.

Sold alone, it's scoped honestly as “found, not chosen”: it earns you eligibility to be named, not a promise of the recommendation.

FAQ
