Strategic GEO
When a buyer asks AI who to choose, being named gets you on the list. Being recommended — AI pointing to your own site — gets you the call. We fix the position first, the plumbing second, and prove it on six surfaces, no composite score.
The problem
When a buyer asks AI who to choose, being named gets you on the list. Being recommended — AI pointing to your own site — gets you the call. Three ways companies lose that second step:
How it works
We fix the position first, the plumbing second, and execute against both — reported on six surfaces, no composite score.
The engagement
One ladder: fix the position, clear the technical floor, then execute monthly. Every figure is a “from” reference — quotes are scoped case by case.
The measurement standard
We report six surfaces — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Claude — each on its own, three runs per cell, depersonalized. No blended score. No surface reported as zero without a human checking it that month. You see where AI recommends you, where it only names you, and who it recommends instead.
What we don't promise
No one can guarantee placement in an AI answer — OpenAI says so about ChatGPT in its own documentation. We sell visibility and measurement. If a vendor promises you a spot, ask them for per-engine, source-level proof.
What we find
Recent assessments, anonymized. The pattern repeats: strong companies AI names but never points to.
A category-leading carbon-fiber brand surfaced in every AI answer yet was recommended by none — its #1-ranking product page returned 403 to unverified crawlers while a competitor with ~32 monthly visitors supplied the spec sheet the AI quoted.
An advisory firm was absent from the 20 firms AI named across four surfaces — despite a page scoring 97/100 technically and loading 17× faster than the page ChatGPT recommended first.
A 4.8-star retailer with 53 reviews was missing from the local pack while businesses with 17 and 22 reviews held it — and ChatGPT recommended a 2.6-star competitor instead.
Who we serve
Defined by a discipline and a buyer, not an industry — where a recommendation actually moves a high-consideration decision.
Methodology — VERDICT™ + PROOF™
Measured to the Six-Surface Standard. The C is the structural moat — every output is reviewed against FTC advertising rules and any industry-specific rules before it ships. No generalist agency offers that.
Who runs this
From the desk
Why nearly every AI-visibility “score” you've been shown is unreproducible — and the six-surface method we publish instead.
Seven pillars, measured to the Six-Surface Standard and reported through PROOF™ — including the Compliance pillar generalist GEO shops skip.
